Gazpacho

                                                                                                                        Veggie

                3 ripe tomatoes, peeled and chopped

                2 cucumbers, chopped

                2 green peppers, chopped

                2 med. onions, chopped

                1 clove garlic, crushed

                2 T. lemon juice

                1 T. oil

                1 c. tomato juice

                Dash cayenne pepper

                1/4 c. chopped fresh parsley

              

                Combine all ingredients.  Chill.  Serve as a

                soup or as a salsa. Garnish with parsley.
