Amy’s Veggie Dip

                1 box firm tofu

                3 T. lemon juice

                1 1/2 cups low fat Hellman’s (Nayonaise)

                1 1/2 T. parsley flakes

                1 1/2 t. dried or minced onion

                1 t. onion salt

                1 1/2 t. dill weed

                1 1/2 t. Beau Monde

                1 1/2 t. worcestershire (vegan)

                1 1/2 t. season salt

                5 drops tabasco

            Blend and chill
